As the primary account holder of a YouSendIt Business Plus account, you are the Account Administrator and Primary Billing Contact.
As the Account Administrator, any changes you make to the account including upgrades and cancellations will impact any additional user(s) on your account.
In addition, only you can purchase additional users or upgrades for the account.
