Resetting Your Password

If you already know your password and want to modify it:

  1. Login to your account at www.yousendit.com.
  2. Click My Account > Account Details.
  3. Click the Edit Account Information button.
  4. Specify your new password, then click the SAVE button.



If you have forgotten your account password, you may submit a password reset request. YouSendIt sends you an email notification with detailed instructions to reset your password.

To reset your password:
  1. Click on the Login button.
  2. Click on the Forgot your password? link.
  3. Go to your email account to open the password reset notification email. Follow the instructions to reset your password.
  4. If you do not receive the password reset email from YouSendIt, please see Not Receiving YouSendIt Email Notifications for further troubleshooting steps to resolve this.
